A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between the Australian University (AU) and Qatar Airways (QA) on November 6, 2022.Through this MoU, QA will be offering its loyalty program called ‘Qatar Airways Student Club Loyalty Program’ to AU’s students.
The program offers AU students benefits such as discounts on consecutive flights, privilege club tier upgrade upon graduation as a gift and many more opportunities.
In addition, the partnership will see AU’s athletes proudly wear QA’s logo
Qatar Airways’ Regional Manager, Mr. Fadi Hijazin, said: “It was an exceptional moment to see our Qatar Airways logo displayed on the sportswear of AU’s athletic teams and to witness firsthand how proud the students were. In addition to our QA Student Club Loyalty Program, we will be working closely with AU to strengthen and further explore this partnership.”
In closing, AU’s President, Professor Isam Zabalawi commented on this partnership by stating: “By partnering with one of the world’s most prestigious and award-winning airline, we are both working towards our common noble goal which is to look after our students’ wellbeing. We are dedicated to fostering our commitment and to advance our relationship with Qatar Airways.”
