Eng. Hebah Abbas is a chief specialist Electrical Engineer at the Ministry of Education Kuwait, Technical Advisor and Chairwoman of Sustainability Committee at Kuwait Water Association. A graduate of Syracuse University, New York, she has more than 20 years of experience in multiple sectors such as Education, Telecommunications, Construction, Utilities and Sustainability.
