Ms. Manuela Pliżga LLB is an intercultural mediator and educator for communication, conflict resolution, intercultural competences. She teaches cooperation, problem solving, and team leadership skills to professionals who work in an intercultural environment. As an academic teacher in Poland and Germany she also shares her 20-years work experience with young people from all over the world. She studied law at the European University Viadrina in Germany and at Monash University in Australia. She specializes in overcoming crises, building bridges instead of walls and maximizing own potential in difficult situations. For 6 years she was also the Coordinator for Intercultural Dialogue for the city of Wroclaw in Poland. She now runs her own training company The Talk Box.
