Excellence Mindset in Construction Projects Execution

A Construction Project is necessitated by a need in the society, and a Business Plan thought up by an Organization. This seminar will provide an overview of the environment and context in which a Construction Project is conceived and executed. It endeavors also to raise awareness that to achieve excellence in construction projects execution, attention is not only required during the construction stage, but to all the stages leading up to the Construction starting from the inception of the idea, and beyond into the successful operation of the product resulting from the project execution. We will also look at some lessons learnt from recent projects that could help open healthy dialogue between various stakeholders to result in an Excellence mindset in Construction Project Execution in Kuwait.
