AU students attend job shadow at Jahez

The College of Business at the Australian University recently organized a job shadow visit to Jahez Food Delivery’s Kuwait HQ at Kamco Tower in Kuwait City as part of the Management Information Systems (MIS) course. Led by Mr. Abdullah Al-Watian and Ms. Masouma Rahat, bachelor’s and diploma students from different majors – including business and engineering – were given a behind-the-scenes look at how Jahez uses information systems to power its daily operations.

During the visit, the Jahez team showcased their CRM platforms, logistics and dispatch systems, and other MIS tools that support customer experience, driver management, restaurant partners, and real-time decision making. The aim of the visit was to help students connect theory to practice and see how technology, data, and information systems drive value in modern digital businesses like food delivery platforms.
