AU awarded Investors in People Gold Accreditation

The Human Resources Department at the Australian University (AU) has been awarded the Investors in People (IIP) Gold Accreditation, an internationally recognized benchmark of excellence in people management and workplace practices. 

Investors in People is the international standard for people management, defining what it takes to lead, support, and manage people effectively to achieve sustainable results. Underpinning the standard is the Investors in People framework, reflecting the latest workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures required to outperform in any industry. Investors in People enables organizations to benchmark against the best in the business on an international scale. 

Ms. Kathrine Chapman, CEO of Investors in People, said: “We’d like to congratulate the Australian University. The achievement marks a significant milestone in the University’s journey of continuous improvement, progressing from Standard Accreditation to Silver, and now to Gold. The accreditation reflects Australian University’s strong and sustained commitment to best people practices, employee engagement, leadership, and fostering a culture that enables staff and faculty to perform at their best.
