The Australian University (AU) has signed a three-year Training Needs Analysis (TNA) agreement with STC, strengthening AU’s role as a leading provider of advanced training and professional development. Through this collaboration, AU will offer access to internationally recognized training programs and tailored learning solutions designed to enhance employee engagement and support career progression. This initiative underscores AU’s commitment to contributing to national workforce development by equipping professionals with practical, hands-on knowledge and skills that advance their careers and drive Kuwait’s ongoing digital transformation.
The TNA agreement was officially signed during a ceremony attended by senior executives from both parties, including Raed Maree, Chief Human Resources Officer at STC, as well as Mr. Sager Al Sharhan, Assistant to the President for Support Services at AU. The newly formed partnership between the two parties marks the beginning of a strategic collaboration focused on learning, leadership development and workforce capability building.
