Professor Lee Di Milia

Dean, School of Business and Law

Since 2013 I am the Dean of the School of Business and Law at CQUniversity. In addition, I serve on the Board of the Australian and New Zealand Academy Of Management.

I am a work psychologist and interested in the behavior of people at work and its reciprocal relationship. This interest is across a number of areas.

The majority of my research is based on the refinement/identification of individual differences in adjustment to shift work and driver sleepiness. However, my research also extends to areas that are core to organizational behavior/human resource management. Some publications focus on the contribution of learning to organizational performance, occupational health and safety, Australian selection practices and work-life conflict.

Prior to becoming an academic, I worked for BHP Steel in a number of HR roles across a number of locations.
